Odds & Ends

Secret and Mana vs Chrono Trigger is the current matchup on Gamefaqs. I feel much better now. For the record, CT has a significant margin on SoM. (I voted CT).

San Marcos has a skating rink!! It's out on Hunter and Centerpoint. It's kinda small... and family owned (and that is reflected in the general experience). Janelle and I went last night. It was okay... decent music, games, arcade (they had PIU, which was kinda funny. People would start to play, and have NO idea what was going on; then the song would finally start, and they'd fail, and they'd try to get their money back, because they only got to play for that short amount of time.) I played it as well; pulled a muscle in my right leg fairly early on. Skated on it anyway. There were mainly little kids and high school girls there. I can still skate backwards (Chelsea's family taught me how to... *sigh*) I told all the carhops about it. Last night, when I got home, my leg hurt, but not too much. This morning, though... OUCH.

Had to work 10 - 5. Crystal Todd showed up, holding a baby (Possibly hers, but not sure - it was definitely (at least) half black), and applied for a job. I'm not going to block it (definitely not going to put in a word or anything, but), just to see what happens. I doubt she'll get hired; even if she does, I doubt she'll last very long. She is shady/trifflin' incarnate. But on the very off chance she does get hired, and doesn't get fired or quit within two minutes, it'd be weird

Mindy workds at Old navy now (as does Jamie, oddly enough).

I keep listening to El Shaddai on repeat.
