Trying a new font color, just to mix things up a bit (and it looked kinda cool on Barbara's blog).

So Jon Stewart and Comedy Central really bitch-smacked O'Reilly and his claims that the Daily Show's viewers are all 'stoned slackers'. That prompted the release of two studies that show that teh Daily Show's viewers are, on average, more educated and more aware of current events than the viewers of the O'Reilly Factor. That makes me happy.

Katie (W) called me last night. She was in San Marcos and was going to hang out with Freddie, and wanted to confirm where his apartment was. However, I guess she didn't know that he's in Austin right now. At least, that's what his away message still says. It was cool talking to her, though, and I'm glad she called me.

I have to go to work in two hours or so; I don't really want to. I'm tired, but not really. I got a lot of sleep today, but I just feel physically drained.

Luke and I are going to open gaming tonight at Dragon's Lair; from the messages posted on the SFFS list, it looks like there might be a few other people there as well. I hope so. I know DL isn't going to last a really long time, though. This town just can't, for whatever reason, support a gaming store.

Sitemeter update: Apparently, I've been getting a fair number of hits from people doing searches about Nadine Jansen. That's just funny.
