Except I won't do much musing, and it's not really random.
Stayed up all night Thursday, then went in at 8 Friday. I was covering Rick's shift, 'cause he wasn't going to be there. Except he showed up at 8:20, so I went home, screwed around for a while, and came back at 10. Worked 10 - 5, but I was *incredibly* tired. I kept spacing out, which sucked. Ray even had to back me up, when he shouldn't have had to. But I came back, and even said, "Okay, I'm back" to Ray. Went okay after that, except I was extremely tired. I was planning on going home, chilling for a bit, then heading up to Austin for DDR and what-not. However, my body vetoed that decision, and enacted a new plan - go to sleep. I woke up about 9:30 or so. Late, but not too late to head up there anyway. So I did. Was out in probably fifteen minutes - showered, changed, and got my stuff ready. Stopped by Eskimo Joe's and picked up three 1.5 liter bottled waters. Good stuff.
Got to Blazer Tag... and there wasn't anyone there. I mean, there were people there, but not anyone that matters. I eventually saw Robyn, and she told me everyone had already come and gone. Darn. I don't know what's worse - that I went to play DDR with a bunch of 14 year-olds, or I that I was really sad that they weren't there. I stuck around and played a handful of games, all on Singles.
I left there and went to Le Fun. I think because I was still kinda tired and sore, I wasn't doing as well as usual. Still didn't pass Afronova Primeval. Played a handful of games, and came home. Didn't go to Katie and Rose's, for whatever reason.
While I was at work yesterday, I asked Dave when a good time to talk to him would be. He said there wasn't really one, but he knew what I wanted to talk to him about (becoming an assistant), and that I should come sit in on the Manager meeting Tuesday morning, and he'd talk to me after that. So that's good, I think. I know Javi and Rudy both support me becoming an assistant. I think I'll do okay.
